Day 1 – Arrival in Ulgii and the Oigor River Valley Upon arrival in Ulgii, the capital of
Bayan-Ulgii aimag, you will be warmly welcomed by a local tour team including a
driver, cook and English-speaking guide. Ulgii is the birthplace of the Kazakh
people who settled in western Mongolia in the 19th century, and their culture
is still evident today. After a short drive, we will head to
the indigenous Oigor River Valley. Here you will experience a true nomadic
lifestyle and meet local families. Accommodation: Overnight in tents at the valley

🌟 Day 2 – Horse Trek to Base Camp
Along the way, you will pass through alpine meadows, watch streams flowing from snow-capped peaks, and have opportunities to observe wildlife. Before riding, the guides will introduce you to your horse, explaining its temperament and care. Each horse has a unique character, much like people, making this an immersive and personal experience.
